You can contact our team about information in a Yuanxiang AI / FactorySocialHub workspace, including requests to remove connected-account data.
1. Send a request
Email faye@2l.com.cn with the subject FactorySocialHub data request. You may write in Chinese or English.
Please include:
- The request type: access, correction, account disconnection or deletion.
- The email address associated with your workspace account, if applicable.
- The relevant workspace or company, social platform, and public account name or identifier.
- A description of the information or connection you want us to review, and a reply email address.
Do not send your password, authentication code, API key or full access token. Avoid including private conversation contents or identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and how to provide them appropriately.
2. Verification and processing
We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account or workspace. After verification, we review the request, the relevant records and any applicable obligations. We will explain the outcome or any limitations by email. We do not promise an instant or universal deletion timeline.
3. Connected accounts and published content
Removing a connection or deleting information from our workspace does not automatically delete posts, conversations or records already held by a social platform. Use the platform’s own controls for platform-side deletion and app authorization removal. Tell us whether your request also concerns data stored in our workspace so that we can review it separately.
4. Limits and retained records
Some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations, security, dispute handling or the rights of other people. Backup copies can follow a separate rotation schedule and may not be individually editable. If an applicable limitation prevents the requested action, we will explain it rather than represent incomplete deletion as complete.
